Activism as a scientist, loosing a job to stay true to one's values...
With a few friends had a discussion night where we watched this documentary about the travels of environmental scientist Gianluca Grimalda and talked about it with him on the phone afterwards. A great moment to deep-dive into the questions of civil desobidience, environmental activism and climate change.

A framework for authentic sharing
I went to Uria Tsur's Vocal Freedom Workshop and absolutely loved it. Uria beautifully created and hold a space for vocal expression and I feel since then a much better connection with the instrument that is my voice.

A talk on western science & eastern wisdom
I went to this talk from Salva and here are some snippets of the elements I took away. As usual, I put my own spin on it in terms of structuration and visualization.
